Job Description
We are seeking Broker Partnership Specialists to join our dynamic global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in forex or financial markets, a proven network of brokers or traders, and the ability to drive consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Broker Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with brokers and traders to promote our products and services.
- Sales Support: Provide sales support to our sales team to help them identify new business opportunities and promote our products and services effectively.
- Clinet Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with referred clients and provide ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Product Promotion: Promote our products and services effectively to attract new clients and grow our business.
- Risk Management: Monitor client activity and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines to minimize risk and maximize revenue.
- Market Trends: Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the industry.
- Business Targets: Achieve monthly business targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company to measure success.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Broker Partnership Specialist, Business Development Manager, or similar role in the Forex / CFD / financial services industry.
- Network: A strong network of brokers or traders who can be leveraged to grow our business.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Independence: The ability to work independently and self-driven to achieve goals and objectives.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of regulatory requirements in relevant markets is a plus.
