Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Assistant Manager to support the design and execution of training programs across our organization.

This role is perfect for a candidate with a solid background in learning and development who is ready to take the next step in a leadership-supporting capacity.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Program Planning and Development: Assist in planning, developing, and implementing company-wide training programs that align with organizational goals.
  2. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend effective solutions.
  3. Learning Program Management: Support the management of onboarding, technical training, soft skills development, and leadership programs.
  4. Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor training outcomes and compile reports to evaluate effectiveness and return on investment.
  5. Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate external trainers, resources, and logistics for in-person and online sessions.
  6. Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of L&D processes and content.
  7. LMS Utilization: Utilize Learning Management System tools for training assignments, tracking, and reporting.
  8. Culture Promotion: Promote a culture of learning and career development across departments.
RequirementsQualification and Experience:
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  3. Fundamental Skills: Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  4. Adult Learning Principles: Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning techniques.
  5. LMS Expertise: Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
Certification (Preferred):
  1. L&D or HR Certifications: L&D or HR-related certifications (e.g., CIPD Level 3/5, ATD, SHRM) will be an advantage.
