About the OpportunityAs an HR Business Partner for Technology Roles, you will be responsible for partnering with our business leaders and HR teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. This includes identifying, attracting, and retaining top technical talent to drive our business forward.
You will conduct thorough intake conversations with our creative director to capture the essence of each role and create compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates. Your proactive sourcing and recruitment practices will involve leveraging social media, networking, and other savvy sources related to each role.
- Partner with business leaders & HR teams to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct thorough intake conversations with the creative director to capture the essence of each role and create compelling job descriptions
- Use proactive sourcing and recruitment practices to find exceptional talent through social media, networking, street marketing/knowledge, and other savvy sources related to each role
- Present candidates that are high quality and directly in line with expectations
- Effectively manage the Applicant Tracking System to communicate advancement levels of each role
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with business leaders and HR partners to advise and strategize on filling job vacancies
- Conducting thorough intake conversations with our creative director to capture the essence of each role and create compelling job descriptions
