Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide front-line support for clients and customers, ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, resolving complaints in a timely manner, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • To proactively advise and consult with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • To qualify and enter customer orders into our operational execution process.
  • To manage customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • To provide quotations and updates to customers, as well as set final selling prices within agreed price bands.
  • To include and transfer customer requirements into our systems, accompanying customer orders from inception.
  • To maintain and integrate customer data within our systems.
  • To manage customer relationships through knowledge exchange with sales teams and establishment of operative customer relationships.
  • To create, refine, and review reports to track customer interactions and satisfaction levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in freight forwarding or transport planning with a focus on sea logistics.
  • Ability to understand and execute new processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office features, especially Excel.
  • High affinity with required customer quality standards.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills.
