Business Development Onboarding Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to lead our efforts in implementing tailored solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in sales calls as a solution engineer to demonstrate capabilities and map solutions for prospects.
- Create strategic implementation plans based on client goals, personas, and buyer journeys.
- Act as the lead point of contact for assigned client projects, ensuring clarity and alignment from pre-sale to execution.
- Manage project deliverables, ensure timely completion, and maintain high standards.
- Support internal teams with clear documentation, updates, and strategic input.
- Oversee execution of client-related deliverables and assist with project management tasks.
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, preferably with Sales, Marketing, or Service Hub experience.
- Previous experience in client success, project management, or digital strategy roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
- High degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills when working with clients and internal teams.
