We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in the U.S. healthcare sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and is passionate about B2B sales.

As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in our client acquisition strategy, identifying qualified leads, initiating conversations, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and virtual meetings to engage potential healthcare clients.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the senior sales team.
  • Understand the needs and challenges of healthcare practices to position our solutions effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations to align outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment-setting and outreach goals.
  • Represent us professionally in all client-facing interactions.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of B2B sales or appointment setting experience, preferably in the U.S. healthcare sector or medical billing.
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English.
  • Confident speaking with U.S.-based clients and healthcare professionals.
  • Proven ability to manage outreach, follow-ups, and discovery conversations.
  • Comfortable working with targets and KPIs in a sales-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset—but also capable of working independently.
