Job Title: Virtual Assistant Recruitment Specialist

Description: As a Virtual Assistant Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our U.S. clients in their recruitment efforts. Your primary role will be to assist recruiters with sourcing, screening, and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist U.S. recruiters with sourcing, screening, and outreach
  • Conduct deep internet research using Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Make outbound cold calls to potential candidates and clients (cold calling experience is required)
  • Manage and update recruitment databases and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate with team members to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
  • Perform general administrative and support tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Proficient in LinkedIn, Google search, and online research tools
  • At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, ideally in a recruitment or sales setting
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and a strong team player mentality
