Job Description

Katib Dot PK is seeking a highly skilled Business Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative functions of the organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including administrative support, facilities management, and procurement.
  2. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company requirements.
  3. Lead and motivate the administrative team to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Maintain office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  5. Negotiate contracts with vendors for cost-effectiveness and quality services.
  6. Develop and maintain budgets for administrative functions and monitor expenses.
  7. Implement systems for tracking administrative activities, such as travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and document management.
  8. Support senior management and staff as needed.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

3+ years of experience in business administration or related field.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
