We're seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Commercial Sales Engineering team.

About the Role
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Commercial Sales Engineers.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities and collaborate with Commercial Sales Managers to strategize on key accounts.
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings, review and approve technical proposals, demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and contribute to training material development.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes, monitoring team performance metrics.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead role within a technical pre-sales or Sales Engineering capacity. They must possess excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with a strong track record of developing talent.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor's of Science preferred.
  • Proven experience as an individual contributing Sales Engineer with a strong sales background.
  • Strong understanding of commercial sales cycles and pre-sales' role in accelerating deals.
  • Familiarity with value selling concepts and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
