Sales and Customer Success Manager

Confiz is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join its team for its SAAS based product, Simplicant. This role is crucial for serving both local and global customers, ensuring seamless operations across different time zones.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, account management, and customer success, handling demos, pricing, negotiation, and upselling. Key responsibilities include assisting in developing and implementing effective sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to align with overall initiatives and achieve company goals.
Closing leads generated from active inbound, outbound, and marketing leads, converting prospects into long-term customers, delivering product demonstrations to local and global clients, managing pricing discussions within budget parameters, negotiating favorable terms, and successfully closing deals are also key responsibilities.
The successful candidate will manage and nurture key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, smooth onboarding, and prompt resolution of queries. Regular updates on sales performance and market trends are also required.
Upselling additional features and services, managing renewals, and continuously engaging with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities are essential aspects of this role.
An understanding of sales principles, pricing, and negotiation techniques, as well as proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, are necessary skills for this position.
