Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and organized HR and Talent Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the hiring process, coordinating with freelancers and full-time talent, and providing administrative support.

Hiring and Recruitment

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to explain tasks and processes clearly, and have experience in HR, recruitment, coordination, or team management.

  • Post job openings across various platforms
  • Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and communicate professionally
  • Build and maintain a network of freelancers and full-time talent
Freelancer and Influencer Team Coordination

This role requires the ability to recruit and onboard freelancers, manage remote teams, and ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and external collaborators.

  • Recruit and onboard freelancers for influencer outreach roles
  • Help manage remote teams and ensure smooth collaboration with team leads or managers
  • Act as a key link between internal teams and external collaborators
Onboarding and Communication

The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new hires, maintaining communication flow between teams, and supporting internal scheduling.

Operational and Admin Support

This role involves maintaining sheets, hiring databases, and campaign progress trackers, as well as assisting with reporting, planning, and ensuring accountability across teams.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication skills — both in writing and calls
  • Can explain tasks and processes clearly to team members and new recruits
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Can take ownership of work and ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, coordination, or team management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
Working Hours

Main working hours are in the evening, especially after 6 PM PKT. Flexibility is important due to working with international clients and teams.
