Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to oversee all facets of human resource practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing talent, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment and selection, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Foster positive employee relations, manage grievances, and ensure fair and consistent disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all aspects of HR operations.
  • Manage employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry or role.
  • Proven expertise in labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices in HR.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Experience with HR management software and systems is highly desirable.
