Senior Travel Consultant Position

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced travel professionals to fill a key role in our operations. As a senior travel consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and booking travel arrangements for clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in flight booking, reservation, ticketing, handling queues, constructing fares, and working with new routes. Knowledge of interlining airlines with minimum connection times is required, along with the ability to create customized holiday packages from around the globe.

You will collaborate closely with our team to provide personalized solutions to clients' travel needs. Your strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Book flights, hotels, and car rentals for clients with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Construct fares and work with new routes to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Create customized holiday packages for clients based on their preferences and budget.
Requirements
  • Experience in the travel industry or related field with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong computer literacy skills (particularly with MS Office) and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SABRE and APOLLO Software systems.
  • Fluency in English, Urdu, and Punjabi languages with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
