We are looking for a Sales and Account Growth Specialist to join our team at QuellBits in Karāchi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow existing accounts and acquiring new ones.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing appropriate solutions, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new ones.
  2. Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and other forms of outreach.
  3. Maintain and update customer records in CRM software to track interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
  4. Meet or exceed set sales targets and KPIs by consistently delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or business development, particularly in reaching out to international customers.
  2. Strong proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written) to engage with clients from various English-speaking markets.
  3. Familiarity with international markets and ability to work independently to achieve sales goals.
