Job Description

This role involves managing existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and implementing effective solutions to meet their needs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Manage all aspects of assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of queries and issues.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business requirements and preferences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
    • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders through various channels.
    • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for assigned customer accounts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluent English language skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
