We are seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to join our team, responsible for owning initiatives aimed at increasing customer satisfaction with our platform. This role involves maintaining the integrity of all front-facing communications with customers and partners, particularly focusing on community management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning customer satisfaction metrics and proactively seeking feedback from customers, reporting on trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience across all touchpoints.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of company products/services and policies.
  • Handling returns, refunds, and exchanges with a focus on customer and partner satisfaction.
  • Ensuring seamless execution of all projects and rollouts impacting the experience of our platform's end users.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of cross-disciplinary experience, especially in a marketplace or e-commerce setting with a deep desire to work on experience projects and advocating for the end user.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and work collaboratively with teams to implement improvements.
  • Extremely analytical, data-driven & with a keen eye on process improvement.
  • SQL and Data-Visualization skills are mandatory for this role.
  • Education: Bachelor's (minimum) degree from a reputable institute.
