The Division:

Our organization operates 28 independently managed software companies worldwide, focusing on ten vertical markets.

The Position:

We seek a Financial Analyst to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

The Financial Analyst will work closely with the Hiring Manager to create and analyze financial reports, process accounts payable and receivable, and manage invoices and tax payments.

Our ideal candidate holds a degree in Finance and Accounting or a professional Accounting qualification and is familiar with Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting software.

The responsibilities include accurately recording day-to-day financial transactions, posting invoice batches, reviewing AR aging reports, preparing allowance for doubtful account provisions, sending monthly AR statements to customers, processing and following up on customer payments, and coordinating and managing relevant support material.

The role also involves reconciling AR-related accounts, assisting with state sales tax compliance, and preparing internal financial statements for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

Additional responsibilities include updating quarterly accruals and commitments, preparing journal entries for month-end close, processing accounts payable by analyzing invoices and coding them correctly, identifying inter-company differences, and preparing foreign exchange and transfer pricing journals.

Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry skills are essential for this role, along with a knack for numbers and attention to detail.

Requirements:

A BS degree in Finance and Accounting or a professional Accounting qualification finalist/completed is required, along with solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles, proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures, data entry skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.
