  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape within the territory.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends, and participate in training sessions as necessary.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in food industry.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
