Sales and Partnership Executive

We are a consulting firm with expertise in connecting businesses with exceptional talent. As a Sales and Partnership Executive, you will work with us from Pakistan and offshore locations only.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cultivate business opportunities through outbound calls and customized emails, utilizing sales enablement tools.
  2. Book face-to-face client meetings with key decision-makers to discuss tailored solutions.
  3. Develop and execute strategic sales approaches to build an active book of business.
  4. Collaborate with recruitment consultants to provide clients with top-tier candidates that meet their needs.
  5. Meet and exceed weekly sales and recruiting activity metrics.
  6. Foster strong relationships with clients by following up on candidate placements and soliciting feedback.
  7. Pursue high-quality contacts and accounts aligned with our platform's value proposition, creating compelling first impressions while building a sales pipeline.
  8. Establish the first point of contact for potential clients, executing marketing and sales tactics to drive results.
  9. Analyze sales leads, categorize, and prioritize them, collecting market data to inform customer outreach and effectively communicate client needs to the sales team.
