- Provide seamless customer service, answering questions, processing transactions, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, upholding high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Manage inventory effectively, monitoring stock levels and anticipating customer demand.
- Analyze sales data to prepare reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to train and develop teams. You should be well-organized, able to work under pressure, and have a keen eye for detail. A strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies is essential, as is the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
