Key Role in Our Procurement Team

This is a full-time, permanent position at our organization.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our procurement team, coordinating with suppliers and maintaining inventory records.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate supplier deliveries on time
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update the procurement team on stock levels
  • Assist with the procurement process, including purchase orders and delivery tracking
  • Communicate with internal teams for procurement information and updates
  • Track expenses and assist with budget management
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
  • Support the procurement team as needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or procurement role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with procurement software preferred
  • Knowledge of procurement procedures and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
