Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the delivery of top-tier services to institutional clients. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with technology, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • You will lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences, managing issue resolution, and communicating status updates to senior management.
  • Your focus will be on oversight and reporting, ensuring proper execution of deliverables and identifying process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the global distributed operating model, handling daily BAU query management and resolution.
  2. Collaborate with technology, operations, and stakeholders to identify strategic directions and implement process improvements.
  3. Oversee issue escalation and remediation, coordinating client-requested changes to the operating model and reporting.
  4. Lead and coordinate client service reviews, restructuring activities, and onboarding of new clients.
  5. Ensure successful delivery of all ad hoc client reports and support audit and regulatory queries.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Over 10 years of experience in Operations.
  • Strong technical skills, including accounting principles and theories.
  • Knowledge of GAAP Accounting and Fund Accounting for institutional clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global environment and matrix organization.
  • Exceptional leadership and staff development skills with management experience.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills for building collaborative relationships.
  • Strong client service orientation.
  • Proficiency in analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
