
Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Learning and Development Specialist to spearhead our organizational learning initiatives. This key role requires a forward-thinking professional who can design, execute, and evaluate impactful development programs that foster employee growth, improve performance, and drive engagement across all levels of the business.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of adult learning methodologies, and performance improvement practices. Additionally, they will have excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.

About the Role:
This position involves leading the creation and delivery of leadership, technical, and soft skills development programs. The successful candidate will conduct skills gap analyses, identify future learning needs, and develop strategies to address these gaps. They will also manage our Learning Management System (LMS), including course creation, user tracking, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct thorough skills gap analyses and identify future learning requirements.
- Design and deliver leadership, technical, and soft skills development programs.
- Manage the LMS, including course development, user monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Promote employee engagement and career advancement initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Requirements:
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in learning and development, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and project management skills.
- Experience with e-learning platforms, instructional design, and LMS administration.
Certification (Preferred):
- Certifications such as CIPD Level 5/7, SHRM-CP/SCP, ATD, or equivalent.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position working from our office location.
