We are seeking an accomplished Business Growth Expert to spearhead our sales efforts, drive business expansion, and foster strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy
  • Prepare and submit proposals on freelance platforms
  • Maintain pre-sales and post-sales account activities for web and mobile app design and development projects
  • Engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide pricing quotes after consulting with seniors
  • Succeed in winning projects through existing contacts or freelance sites
  • Determine project requirements, functional specs, and communicate with clients
  • Identify key solutions and target increased penetration in the customer base
  • Collaborate closely with management, technical, and operations staff to deliver proposals and client deliverables on time
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or Computer Sciences
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in software services sales as a Business Development Executive, Officer, or Freelance Bidding Manager
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle, mobile development platforms, open-source web development, and SEO
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
  • High aptitude for selling and teamwork
