This position involves collaborating with sales teams, customers, and vendor partners to develop effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and support solution design.
  • Develop working knowledge of security platforms such as firewall solutions, endpoint protection, identity and access management (IAM), cloud security, security operations tools (SIEM/SOAR), and vulnerability management solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging security technologies, and vendor offerings.
  • Participate in discovery calls to understand customer needs and contribute to appropriate security solution designs.
  • Support the creation of Bill of Materials (BoM), quote generation, and solution validation for security technologies.
  • Assist in reviewing configurations, designs, and quotes before delivery to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Support identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the security solution portfolio.
  • Maintain positive, team-oriented attitude and take initiative to improve internal processes, knowledge sharing, and documentation.
  • Work towards achieving relevant certifications to enhance technical expertise and support vendor relationships in the security space.
