Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Capability Manager. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Masters in Business Administration, preferably in HR.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing functions.
  3. Experience as a trainer is an added advantage.

The job responsibilities include:

  • Conducting training sessions on leadership and functional skills across the country.
  • Monitoring stores and providing guidance to staff.
  • Training distributor's sales force indirectly at company-operated businesses.
  • Developing and adapting new training programs.
  • Supporting the HR Commercial Manager with project management of HR initiatives.

Key requirements for this position are:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and endurance in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong team player with multitasking abilities.
