Job Summary

This role involves establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with internal teams to achieve revenue targets, and analyzing client data to provide customized solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Building:
    • Nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  2. Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals and networking.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
  3. Account Management:
    • Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure timely service delivery.
    • Analyze client data to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
    • Ensure contract renewals and negotiate terms when necessary.
  4. Strategic Planning:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide strategic insights.
    • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and improve client retention.
  5. Reporting & Communication:
    • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM software and account management tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
  • Experience in industries such as banking, insurance, real estate, or marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
