Drive Revenue Growth
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Growth Manager to join our team at Motive Technologies, Inc.
About the Role:
You will have the opportunity to work with our largest line of revenue. Our SMB customers make up the majority of our customer base and are our largest revenue stream.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new business and make outbound calls.
- Demonstrate Motive software to prospective fleet managers and drivers.
- Survey prospects to understand pain points within their business.
- Educate fleet managers and drivers about Motive and help them get started.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and provide accurate forecasts for revenue.
- Effectively plan to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience preferably with B2B international clients.
- Repeated success with a full sales motion - strong track record of hunting, exceeding quotas, and rapidly growing your book.
- Strong end-to-end ownership attitude from prospecting, demonstrations, to closing.
- Strong ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers.
- History of working independently with a data-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably an overseas degree) and/or exposure to US/Canada/UK B2B customers.
