Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in generating high-quality leads, securing new business, and building strong relationships with clients.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Should have a proven track record of meeting targets and consistently delivering results.
  • Must possess strong communication, written and verbal, with persuasive proposal writing skills that effectively convey the value proposition of our services.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, ensuring timely project delivery and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads on Upwork, resulting in new business opportunities.
  2. Proposal Writing: Craft customized proposals and pitch decks that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to clients.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently, ensuring timely project delivery and maximum revenue growth.
  5. Profile Optimization: Optimize our profiles to enhance visibility and engagement with potential clients.
  6. Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client service.
  8. Performance Reporting: Provide regular sales activity and performance reports to inform data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Business Development Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on Upwork.
  • Account Management: 2-3 years of experience in account management, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Upwork Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Upwork's platform, bid management, and profile optimization, ensuring optimal use of the platform.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals efficiently, resulting in maximum revenue growth.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and consistently delivering results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Requirements

  • Upwork certification preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
