Job Title: Linguistics Department Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to manage a department of 50-60 people. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams and departments, with a strong focus on customer service standards and operations management.

The ideal candidate will be able to efficiently execute department operations within given resources, while enabling team members to perform their roles and responsibilities effectively. They will also establish and monitor customer service standards by employing recognized benchmarks, ensuring high-quality services are delivered consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Working Hours: UK Shift times (12pm – 9pm or 1pm – 10pm)
