Project Coordinator Role

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within Translation Empire PK. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Tasks
  • Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans, identifying tasks, allocating resources, and establishing timelines.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project objectives are met.
Required Skills and QualificationsEducation and Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Project management certifications, such as CAPM or PMP, are desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in project management software.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Work Environment

This role requires working in an office environment, specifically at DHA Sector F Rwp, with a regular shift of 10am-7pm.
