Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • To develop and implement short-term and long-term plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • To build high-performance teams through effective leadership, collaboration, and empowerment.
  • To promote best healthcare services and ensure business development targets through marketing strategies.

Financial Management:

  • To participate in budget planning and arrange approvals for annual operative budgets.
  • To achieve revenue and profitability targets through quality healthcare services and regular progress monitoring.
  • To explore new revenue streams by introducing new services and implementing best practices.

Delivery of Health Services:

  • To ensure digital transformation and technology integration in hospitals via HIMS/SAP.
  • To achieve a hospital culture that encourages positivity, knowledge sharing, and flexibility.

Quality Assurance:

  • To implement Accreditation Canada/JCI Quality standards and conduct periodic audits.
  • To ensure operational plans for quality healthcare services are in place.

Teaching Programs:

  • To develop and execute quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programs.
  • To implement Riphah Mission and Islamic Ethical Values in all aspects of work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in healthcare management, with at least 15 years of experience, including 5 years as a Hospital Director. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
