Project Coordinator - Monitoring and Impact Assessment

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to lead our monitoring and impact assessment activities, ensuring the effectiveness and impact of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination, with experience in the non-profit sector, and a passion for media development and press freedom.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and providing timely progress updates to management. Additionally, they will conduct regular project reviews, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for future project enhancements.

  2. Coordinate stakeholder engagement, including internal and external partners.
  3. Conduct regular project reviews, assess progress against targets, and provide timely reports to management.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the NGO sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze complex data and identify key trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
