Job Description

By focusing on high-value customers and using AI-backed strategies, you will be able to increase retention, engagement, and revenue growth. You will also work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure that IgniteTech's solutions align with their business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success, preferably in the B2B software industry.
  • Previous experience working with GenAI tools, such as ChatGPT or Claude.

About This Role
