Job Title:

Quality Management Professional

">Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement an organizational quality management system aligned with ISO 9001 standards.

  2. Review and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.

  3. Lead the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

  4. Oversee the design and execution of quality control processes to ensure operations/service consistency and adherence to established quality benchmarks.

  5. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and report findings to management.

  6. Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.

  7. Propose and implement improvements based on data analysis and trends.

  8. Plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

  9. Collaborate with department heads to address and rectify non-conformities identified during audits.

  10. Work with relevant departments to update and revise documents as needed.

  11. Coordinate external audits by certification bodies and regulatory agencies.

  12. Ensure the organization's readiness for external assessments and certifications.

">Requirements:

Qualification and Experience:

  1. 2+ years of proven experience in quality management or a related role.
  2. Bachelor's degree in quality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  3. Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is highly desirable.
  4. Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
  5. Strong understanding of quality principles, processes, and methodologies.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
