Implementing and sustaining a Quality Management System (QMS) is crucial for any organization aiming to deliver high-quality products or services. As a seasoned ISO 9001 QMS Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the implementation, auditing, and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough gap assessments and maturity evaluations against ISO 9001:2015 standards to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement robust QMS frameworks, documentation, and process improvements in alignment with ISO 9001 requirements.
  3. Train client staff on ISO 9001 QMS principles, process ownership, and audit readiness to ensure seamless execution.
  4. Prepare and review comprehensive manuals, SOPs, Work Instructions, and other QMS documents to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
  5. Conduct or facilitate internal audits and support clients during external certification audits to maintain high-quality standards.
  6. Provide expert advice on corrective/preventive actions and quality performance monitoring to drive business growth.
  7. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide regular status updates.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in ISO 9001 QMS implementation and auditing, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Experience in developing and implementing QMS policies, procedures, and documentation that align with industry best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
