About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading our recruiting efforts and developing strategies to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Develop sustainable technical talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies, investigating and determining employee needs.
  • Employer Branding: Design and execute employer branding activities to showcase our company culture and values, encouraging employees to become brand ambassadors and participate in employee referral programs.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization: Utilize HRIS and Recruitment Marketing tools to source candidates and streamline the recruitment process, ensuring efficient and effective talent acquisition.
  • Candidate Screening: Source and find qualified candidates for open positions, performing analysis of hiring needs and providing employee hiring forecasts, conducting thorough candidate screening and background checks.
  • Selection Process: Design and execute selection processes, including interviews, screening calls, and psychological tests, ensuring fair and unbiased evaluation of candidates.
  • Hiring Process Review: Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and implement improvements, ensuring seamless and efficient candidate onboarding.
  • Candidate Satisfaction: Conduct regular candidate satisfaction evaluations and workshops, planning procedures to improve the candidate experience and enhance our employer brand.
  • Employee Retention: Develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention, creating KPI reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, oversee, and supervise members of the recruiting team, utilizing sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles and attending career fairs and events.
  • Performance Reporting: Determine HR and recruiting KPIs and provide regular updates to management, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Familiarity with various selection methods, including interviews, assignments, and psychological tests.
  • Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, sourcing, and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources law and ability to motivate employees.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and impact on company success.
