We are seeking a skilled Bidding Specialist to fill this role.

Bid Manager Responsibilities
  • Bidding Strategy:
    • Search and analyze daily job postings on Upwork & Fiverr to identify high-potential projects.
    • Submit customized and competitive proposals that showcase expertise and value proposition.
    • Utilize strategic keywords, project tags, and categories to optimize visibility and reach a wider audience.
    • Maintain a consistent daily target for bidding and submissions to ensure maximum exposure.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Establish and maintain professional communication with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Clarify project requirements through clear and concise messages or calls to ensure mutual understanding.
    • Schedule and participate in discovery calls or project discussions to build relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
    • Negotiate pricing and timelines within company guidelines to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead Conversion:
    • Follow up on submitted proposals to improve conversion rates and secure new business opportunities.
    • Convert leads into successful deals by showcasing capabilities and delivering exceptional service.
    • Maintain accurate records of active proposals, leads, and closed deals to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication & Reporting:
    • Prepare regular reports on bidding activities, wins, and prospects to inform business decisions and drive growth.
    • Coordinate with the team to gather technical insights and inputs when needed to enhance services.
    • Update our CRM or spreadsheets to track pipeline status and communication history, ensuring seamless collaboration and data-driven decision making.
