
Senior Bidding Specialist

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record on freelance platforms and a passion for business development.
- Identify and evaluate daily project opportunities on Upwork and similar platforms, proactively crafting customized proposals tailored to client needs.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with international clients to understand their requirements and build trust, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams to develop competitive proposals and project strategies.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and successfully close deals, building long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for bidding and project acquisition, exploring and expanding lead generation channels on platforms like Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and freelance business development.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for global client interactions.
- Strong ability to write persuasive proposals that align with client requirements.
- Solid understanding of IT services, including Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX Design, SEO, and more.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and priorities simultaneously, working collaboratively as part of a professional and client-focused team.
- Proven ability to generate sales and achieve targets consistently.
