We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to spearhead our B2B sales efforts, driving business growth through strategic planning, talent management, and process optimisation. As a key member of the Techtimize team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy, developing and executing targeted initiatives, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans, identifying key opportunities, prioritising resources, and driving sales performance across multiple channels.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Recruit, train, and mentor top sales talent, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the sales team.
- Process Optimisation: Analyse and refine sales processes, eliminating inefficiencies, and streamlining operations to enhance overall sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal partners, ensuring seamless communication, timely issue resolution, and exceptional service delivery.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales leadership, with a proven track record of sales growth, team management, and strategic planning.
- A deep understanding of sales analytics, forecasting, and performance metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making and informed sales strategy.
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, allowing effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
