About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Indus Track, you will be a key member of our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential customers, generate leads, set up qualified meetings, and provide demos.
Key Accountabilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective customer companies.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings.
- Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on achieving high-quality conversions.
Essential Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities.
- CRM software proficiency and knowledge of sales processes.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
