About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Indus Track, you will be a key member of our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential customers, generate leads, set up qualified meetings, and provide demos.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective customer companies.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings.
  4. Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
  5. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, with a focus on achieving high-quality conversions.

Essential Requirements:

  1. 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
  2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities.
  4. CRM software proficiency and knowledge of sales processes.
  5. Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
