Business Development Representative Role Summary:

Motivated professionals are sought to perform critical sales pipeline enrichment and customer outreach tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify, update, and enrich account and contact data using internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and actionability for sales teams.
  • Review and correct fleet information for accounts, resolving missing data and inconsistencies.
  • Process high-volume batches of account assignments, meeting daily/weekly enrichment targets and quality benchmarks.
  • Identify and escalate duplicate or invalid accounts to maintain data integrity.
Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Audit Sales Development Representative calls and workflows according to standardized QA rubrics.
  • Complete required QA forms/reports in a timely, thorough, and objective manner.
  • Provide constructive feedback to SDRs and team leads to drive ongoing improvement in outreach quality and process adherence.
  • Participate in calibration sessions and training to ensure fairness and uniformity in QA practices.
Collaboration
  • Coordinate closely with enrichment and QA teammates, SDR managers, Sales Operations, and cross-functional partners for seamless assignment handoff and process execution.
  • Communicate blockers or data challenges effectively in internal channels.
Continuous Improvement
  • Suggest workflow improvements, flag recurring data issues, and contribute to evolving enrichment and QA best practices.
  • Stay current on product, process, and Salesforce updates as part of ongoing enablement.
