Sr. Manager Administration And HR

Key responsibilities of this role include overseeing the administration and human resources department, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and direct a team of professionals to achieve organizational goals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and providing coaching and development opportunities for employees.

  • Develop, implement and manage HR policies, procedures and practices that support business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, including recruitment, training and development, employee relations and benefits administration.
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction on HR-related matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with overall business strategy.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on key HR metrics, including turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.

Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
