We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA). The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to the Director of Finance, including organizing and managing the Director's office, maintaining confidential files, and preparing sensitive documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Finance in day-to-day tasks, including responding to emails and phone calls
  • Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, both internal and external
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Director
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping and filing

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field, preferably with experience in finance or administration
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Package and excellent communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking and organizational skills
