About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Senior Manager Pre-Sales. We are looking for a results-driven professional who can develop and implement a structured approach to pre-sales activities, work closely with the sales team, and lead/participate in opportunity assessment and development of response strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a structured approach to handling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify pipeline and plan activities.
  • Lead/participate in opportunity assessment, qualification, and development of response strategies.
  • Work closely with delivery heads to identify the right team and develop solutions.
  • Anchor client visits and conduct primary/secondary research.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in selling complex IT services.
  • Proven track record of managing large bids from a pre-sales perspective.
  • Business case driven pre-sales methodology experience.
  • Strong Techno-Commercial/Business Orientation & Cost Sensitive.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
  • Financial management experience: Estimating, budgeting, pricing & risk assessment.
  • Excellent program management & consulting skills.
  • Hands-on experience in writing proposals & delivering customer presentations.
  • Hard-working, detailed, quality & deliverable oriented.
  • Pro-active attitude and ability to deal with a fast-paced and unstructured environment.
  • Excellent communication & written skills.
  • Excellent presentation & proposal RFP skills.
