We are seeking a skilled Talent Development Manager to join our organization and lead the way in strategic human resources initiatives.

This role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies to create a positive work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a high-performance culture by driving key initiatives and enhancing HR practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Implement Compensation Frameworks: Develop and deploy competitive compensation & benefit frameworks to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Training & Development Program Management: Create and implement training & development programs to improve employee performance, knowledge, and skills, promoting growth and advancement within the organization.
  3. Recruitment, Selection, and Performance Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and performance management systems to ensure seamless operations, compliance, and excellence in hiring and employee engagement.
  4. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Maintain compliance with applicable human resource regulations and best practices, staying up-to-date with industry standards and developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent field is required for this position.
  • Experience: Experience in human resources or a related field is essential, with a proven track record of delivering results and driving success.
  • Relationship Building: Strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients are crucial for this role, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cultural Fit: A passion for creating a positive work environment, fostering collaboration, and promoting diversity and inclusion is essential for this position.
Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or an equivalent field is required for this position.
