PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing effective sales strategies that meet local market needs.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with PepsiCo's overall business goals and meet local market needs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Financial Management: Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Education: University graduate or master's degree required.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of sales leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
