We are seeking an experienced Area Sales and Business Development Lead to join our team at Intervac Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading sales efforts in the region to drive business growth.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to inform sales approaches.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Promoting Intervac's products and services through effective sales presentations and demos.
  • Providing timely and accurate management reports to inform business decisions.
  • Staying up-to-date on company KPIs and business objectives.
  • Monitoring competitor activity within the region.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Proven sales leadership experience with a strong track record of achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong technical background in the product area is desirable.
  • A proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A degree in business studies would be an advantage, but not essential.
