We are seeking an experienced Area Sales and Business Development Lead to join our team at Intervac Pvt Ltd.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading sales efforts in the region to drive business growth.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to inform sales approaches.
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive loyalty and retention.
- Promoting Intervac's products and services through effective sales presentations and demos.
- Providing timely and accurate management reports to inform business decisions.
- Staying up-to-date on company KPIs and business objectives.
- Monitoring competitor activity within the region.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
We are looking for an individual with:
- Proven sales leadership experience with a strong track record of achievement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong technical background in the product area is desirable.
- A proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A degree in business studies would be an advantage, but not essential.
