A seasoned procurement professional with expertise in end-to-end purchasing activities, vendor management, and logistics operations is sought after to drive seamless business growth.

  • Oversee comprehensive procurement strategies, including sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate complex logistics operations, encompassing transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and align with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive procurement and logistics reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and logistics operations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and supply chain tools.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
