Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
About the Role:
- You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- You will work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- You will analyze customer feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Source and Analyze Data: Source and analyze candidate data from various job portals to match client requirements.
- Identify Job Vacancies: Identify job vacancies across the UK, approach managers for sales, and become their preferred supplier.
- Reach Out to Candidates: Reach out to potential candidates through multiple communication channels to convey job details.
- Utilize Networking Skills: Utilize networking, business development, and marketing techniques to confirm vacancies and sales.
- Coordinate Interview Schedules: Coordinate interview schedules, and create detailed information sheets using Excel, Google Sheets, and Word.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Meet Targets: Able to meet the targets.
- MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for accurate record-keeping.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience of at least 6 months in a call center or customer service role is required.
